We use iCalendar file (meeting.ics) received from an Outlook user to "Import" and generate a new mail entry that is in the Lotus Notes C&S format. This is working great except in the case of secretary trying to manage someone else agenda using delegation priviledge.

When trying to open the file, instead of having the import window, we get the following error (it is in french because of the user but I will try to reproduce with an english Notes client): "Les rattachements iCalendar ne peuvent être traités qu'à partir du fichier courrier".

Does anybody know what is not working in this case or how to "workaround" ?
